Julie

***Julie is currently located at and available for adoption our rescue in Georgia. She can be transported to New Jersey and available for adoption at the Tractor Supply in Ringoes over the July 15-16 weekend. Questions about Julie and/or our adoption policy should be sent to socorescue8@gmail.com; please do not call the Rescue's number.*** As a woman was driving home one day, she came across two young puppies standing in the road. This woman had to swerve her car around the pups to keep from hitting them. While this woman could not foster the pups herself, she did find a friend to serve as foster until we could get both pups into our rescue. Julie and her sister, Jamie, are both very well socialized towards people, but are a little shy at first when meeting new people. Julie loves her interaction with people, takes a bit of a submissive personality towards other dogs and loves to cuddle! She'll do very well in a home with other dogs and kids who are old enough to properly handle a dog. Being a hound mix, Julie will do best in a home that permits plenty of time outdoors for her to run and play. Julie has already been spayed, has received an update on her annual vaccinations and de-wormers, been started and kept up to date on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives and will come with a microchip.
