Meet Pierce & Meryl – Bonded Littermates Looking for Their Forever Home! These beautiful, mysterious siblings are classic "observe from a distance" kitties — huge golden eyes, velvet fur, and a strong preference for watching life from 3–5 feet away (unless it's wrestling time with each other). They spend their days napping in a cozy intertwined ball on the highest perch. Bring out a wand toy or dangly string and they turn into tiny panther acrobats — pouncing, flipping, and play-growling in their private circus (best enjoyed from afar). Petting is allowed but emotionally complicated: Pierce allows about 2.5 strokes before slowly backing away with tragic eyes. Meryl tolerates one chin scratch, then delivers a deeply offended side-eye and melts away in slow-motion betrayal. Picking them up? A firm no — they turn into liquid smoke. This bonded pair does well with calm, respectful cats and would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home with patient humans who understand "let them come to you." They need high perches, toys for their wrestling matches, and plenty of time and space. With patience, these gorgeous shadow-kittens may one day trade their safe distance for a spot at the foot of your bed.
