Sebastian "Murderblade," also known as Dennis the Menace, is a brown tabby with personality to spare. He's charming, energetic, and very much his own guy. Independent at heart, Sebastian prefers attention on his own terms. He is not a fan of being picked up, but when he chooses to be near you, he will happily settle beside you on the bed or couch, purring and kneading blankets while accepting pets. He is an active, playful cat who loves to run, climb, and chase toys. Toy mice are an absolute favorite, along with laser lights and feather toys that let him channel his inner hunter. Because of his energy and curiosity, he does best in a home that offers plenty of enrichment such as cat trees, climbing shelves, interactive toys, cozy cubbies, and even a little "cat TV" for entertainment. Sebastian is also a committed foodie who believes all meals, both yours and his, are worth investigating. He does well with a routine of wet food twice a day and enjoys grazing on dry food throughout the day. He is not looking to be a buddy for other cats and generally prefers his own space. However, he does have a soft spot for Zara, who is also available for adoption, and she is one of the few cats he tolerates well, especially since she enjoys grooming him. Sebastian would do best in a home with older, respectful kids who understand that cats are not for grabbing or picking up. He may also be okay with calm dogs who respect his space and do not chase or crowd him. Because of his strong prey drive, a home without small animals such as birds, rodents, or similar pets would be best. Because Sebastian is curious and quick, he can be a bit of a door darter, so adopters should be mindful around entryways. Sebastian is a fun, spirited, independent companion who will keep life interesting. For the right home that respects his boundaries and appreciates his personality, he will be a rewarding and entertaining addition. He is tested, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
